Information about the Media Kit

Purpose

The Haktan Media Kit presents Haktan Ayaz, his content and selected social-media statistics to potential partners. Access is free. The provider is Lyaison GmbH, identified in the legal notice.

Interpreting the statistics

Figures come from platform data and information supplied by the creator. They may be rounded, delayed or subsequently corrected by a platform. Their interpretation depends on the source, definition, reporting period and collection date. Different platforms may calculate similarly named metrics differently.

Totals across platforms can count the same person more than once. Adding followers or views therefore does not establish the number of unique people reached. Past performance does not promise future reach, revenue or campaign results.

Partnerships and usage rights

Partnerships, fees, services and usage rights are agreed separately. Publication of the Media Kit is not a binding offer to enter a particular partnership agreement.

Photographs, videos, graphics, text and trademarks may be used only within existing rights or statutory permissions. Providing the Media Kit does not grant a general licence to use its content in advertising. Mentioning a brand or campaign alone does not mean a partnership is currently ongoing.

Availability and responsibility

Updates depend in part on social-media platform interfaces. Technical problems or changes to those interfaces may affect updates. Statutory liability rules apply; these notices do not limit statutory claims.
