2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Haktan Media Kit, a web page that presents one creator's reach and audience statistics to potential brand partners. The page is provided to that creator and to the brands and agencies they share it with.

3. The service

After the creator authorises the application through TikTok, it reads statistics from the creator's own TikTok account and displays them as aggregated numbers: followers, views and engagement. Figures are cached for a short period and therefore may lag behind TikTok by a few minutes. Values that TikTok does not provide are shown as unavailable rather than estimated.

4. Authorisation and account

5. Acceptable use

The page may not be used to misrepresent reach, to impersonate the creator, or in any way that breaches TikTok's Terms of Service or Developer Terms. Automated scraping of the page and attempts to circumvent its access controls are not permitted.

6. Availability

The service depends on TikTok's interfaces. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, rate limits or changes on TikTok's side. No specific availability is guaranteed.

7. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages. Statutory liability under mandatory law remains unaffected.

8. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is marked with the date at the end of this page. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence.
