The Haktan Media Kit shows brand partners the reach of a single creator. With that creator's authorisation, the application reads statistics from his own TikTok and Instagram accounts: profile details, follower and post counts, views and interactions, and the aggregated age and gender distribution of his followers. The access tokens issued by the platforms are stored to make those calls.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and the consent given through the platforms' authorisation dialog, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
No data about other people is processed. Audience figures exist only as aggregates; no conclusions about individual followers are possible. Visitors of the page see those numbers and nothing else: no cookies, no tracking, no analytics.
Data is exchanged with TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in order to retrieve those statistics. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc., USA; any transfer to a third country is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No data is sold or passed on to advertising networks.
Access tokens are stored server-side only and encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are never sent to the browser and never appear in any log. Statistics are cached for 15 minutes.
The creator can revoke access at any time: in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. On revocation the tokens and all cached statistics are deleted. A deletion request sent to haktan@lyaison.com is carried out without undue delay.
