The Haktan Media Kit presents Haktan Ayaz's profile, reach and audience statistics to potential partners. The website is publicly accessible. It does not offer visitor accounts or sign-in functionality.
2. Website access and hosting
The website is delivered through Vercel Inc., USA. Access involves processing technical data necessary for delivery and secure operation, particularly your IP address, time and target of the request, browser and operating-system information, and any referring page. Operation may also generate technical status and error data.
The purposes are website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a functioning and secure website. The website cannot be delivered without the data necessary for the connection.
Vercel may process data in the USA. Its published Data Processing Addendum addresses processing and international transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Information and a copy of the transfer safeguards applicable to our service can be requested using the contact address above.

3. Haktan's profile and social-media statistics
We process and publish the creator's name, profile information, images and social-media statistics. These include followers, views, interactions and aggregate audience information, such as age, gender and regions.
Sources are information supplied by the creator and authorised interfaces for his TikTok and Instagram accounts. Retrieval involves exchanges with TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland. Platform-issued permissions are used for automatic retrieval. Technical credentials are not part of the published content.
Retrieval of the creator's account data necessary for the agreed management services is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The public business presentation agreed with him serves the legitimate interests of the creator and management in presenting his work and initiating partnerships, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Audience figures are aggregate statistics; individual followers are not listed. Published information about the named creator is accessible to all website visitors.
The creator can withdraw platform permissions in the relevant account or application settings. Requests concerning correction or erasure of stored or published information can be sent to the contact address in section 1. Withdrawing platform access is distinct from erasing previously stored data.
4. Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to evaluate and improve the website. It records page views and information such as country, browser, device and referring page. Vercel describes measurement without cookies or cross-website profiles. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message, any name and company provided, voluntarily submitted attachments and related communication data to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions.
If you use the contact form on this website, we process your email address and message, together with any name and company you choose to provide. The information is transmitted to the management mailbox monitored for partnership enquiries. Email address and message are required to use the form; name and company are optional. The purposes and legal bases described in this section and the retention criteria in section 6 also apply to form enquiries. The necessary hosting and email providers are used for transmission and processing.
Where your enquiry concerns a contract with you personally or steps taken at your request before entering such a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, including communication with company representatives, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is appropriate business communication.
Enquiries are handled by the responsible people in management, using the hosting and email providers necessary for transmission and processing. Contacting us is voluntary. Without sufficient contact details and information, we may be unable to answer your enquiry.

6. Retention and erasure
Personal data is retained only as long as needed for its purpose. Relevant criteria are necessity for technical operation, handling an enquiry, providing the agreed management services, and any statutory retention obligations or necessary preservation of legal claims.
Technical operating data is retained according to its necessity for troubleshooting, detecting misuse and investigating specific security incidents. Once an enquiry is concluded, its data is deleted when further handling or necessary retention no longer applies. Platform credentials are needed only while the retrieval remains authorised and necessary for management services. Personal statistical data is erased or anonymised when its processing purpose ceases.
Records subject to statutory retention obligations are kept for the required duration under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for that purpose's necessary duration under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further statutory rights to erasure and restriction remain unaffected.

References to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other external services are links. Opening them takes you away from this website. The destination providers' privacy information applies there.
Font files used on the Media Kit are delivered through the website itself. Loading these fonts does not contact an external font service.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable statutory conditions, you have rights of access under Article 15 GDPR, rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17 and restriction under Article 18. Data portability under Article 20 applies to automated processing based on consent or a contract.
Right to object: Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
